WZR China supported Client B, a large air filter and air cleaning group, to simplify its company structure in China:
- Transferred assets from the old production company in Shanghai to the new production company in East Chin
- Liquidated the old production company in Shanghai.
- Production company in Suzhou as head office for branch offices in Beijing and Shanghai for business of affiliated company.
- The representative offices of affiliated company will be closed.
Result:
A holding structure for different business lines is established.
