Dr. Florian Kessler, Partner at WZR China Law Firm, will teach a block seminar themed “Chinese Economic Law in Practice” at the Faculty of Law of Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel (University Kiel) this summer semester, offering practical insights into Chinese economic law from an expert with extensive on-the-ground experience in China.

 

 

The compact seminar, lasting from May to early July, focuses on key economic law areas critical for businesses working with China, including contract drafting, company and investment law, dispute resolution (including arbitration), compliance, data protection, and labor law. With over 20 years of China experience, Dr. Kessler advises German companies on complex contracts, intellectual property, and international tax issues.
