He Xin

Together with Dr. Florian Kessler, Mrs. He Xin manages WZR's China Desk. She is specialized on providing green field investment and M & A transaction advice  to Chinese businesses setting up in Germany as well as providing general legal advice and counsel to German business on Chinese law.

After studying law and German in China, Mrs. He studied in Bonn, where she obtained a master's degree.

Mrs. He has worked as a lawyer for a well-known law firm in Beijing, she was the head of legal affairs for the Chamber of Foreign Commerce (AHK) in Beijing, and was engaged as a legal expert by the EU SME Centre in Beijing.

Based on her diverse professional experience, Mrs. He has developed a solid network of contacts at Chinese government agencies and associations. This helps simplify and expedite the approval and registration process in China, which is very appreciated by our German clients.

Mrs. He is in a position to gain the trust of Chinese investors looking to engage in M&A transactions by Chinese businesses in Germany or in Europe and professionally prepare them for the parameters of an acquisition project in Germany and Europe. This helps expedite the transaction process and results in a strong reliability of the commitments made to the target business.

Mrs. He speaks Chinese, German and English fluently.
