Guan Dixin

Ms. Guan specializes in Chinese Labor Law and Corporate Law.

Ms. Guan obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Nankai University in 2017 and the Master’s Degree in Law from Nanjing University in 2020. 

Prior to joining WZR China, Ms. Guan worked in a leading Chinese law firm for more than two years, during which she served as a PRC lawyer in many projects involving capital market, investment, and financing, mainly focusing on corporate asset transactions and restructuring.

Ms. Guan’s work languages are Chinese and English.
