Peng Lu

Ms. Peng Lu specializes in Chinese corporate law and contract law.

She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Hainan University in 2018, followed by Master’s Degree in Law from the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and LL.M. degree from Hamburg University in Hamburg in 2025. 

Before joining WZR China, Ms. Peng served as an in-house legal counsel at the headquarters of a publicly listed company in the manufacturing and technology sector. In this role, she provided legal support with a primary focus on corporate legal matters, commercial contracts, and cross-border regulatory compliance.

Ms. Peng speaks Chinese and English.
