WZR China supported Client A, a world leading nozzle manufacturer, in the following process:
- Used undistributed profits from the trading company in Tianjin to found a new company in East China
- Transferred assets and business from the old production company in Beijing to the new company in East China
- Sold the old production company to a third party with remaining assets, purchase price was transferred from third party to Client A in Germany
- Liquidated the trading company in Tianjin and its branch offices, remaining cash was transferred to Client A in Germany.
Result:
Whole production and trading business is centralized in the new production company in East China.
